RETURNS POLICY

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right from the moment the goods are delivered.  We will offer a refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it's supposed to. For orders that are returned to us from outside the UK kindly note:

Any duties/taxes/additional custom fees/shipping costs to the UK related to the return have to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
